Absolutely! Insurance is one of the most important things to consider when hiring a moving company. We carry full WSIB coverage for every crew member on the job, hold a valid CVOR for compliant commercial transport, and our lead driver carries a Z-endorsement for air-brake equipped vehicles. You're in good hands.

Your rate covers the truck, the full crew, and all the equipment needed to protect your home and belongings. That includes floor and railing coverings, furniture wrapping and blanketing, mattress bags, and door removal when tight spaces call for it. There are no hidden or surprise fees on any move. A booking fee applies based on your location, and specialty items like pianos carry an additional charge we'll always be upfront about before move day.

That's part of the job. We bring the tools and handle disassembly and reassembly on every move. Worth keeping in mind that it does add time, so if you're able to prep certain pieces beforehand it can help keep things moving efficiently. Just flag anything complex when you book.

At least a month ahead is the safest bet to secure your preferred date. That said, last-minute moves are something we handle regularly. We keep part-time crew available for short-notice jobs and have worked through the night when a client needed it. If your timeline is tight, reach out and we'll tell you what we can do.

Piano moving is one of our specialties. We handle uprights, baby grands, and full grands using dedicated piano boards, cotton blankets, heavy moving blankets, ceram wrap, and ratchet straps. We continuously reinvest in proper equipment to keep every piano safe and protect your walls and floors throughout the move. Crew size is matched to the piano type and complexity of the job.

A 20% deposit is required to hold your date. Cancel 48 hours or more before the move and it's fully refunded. Cancel within 48 hours and the deposit is kept. We understand that plans change and we're not rigid about it, but the closer to move day the harder it is to fill that spot.

Long distance moving is something we take on all the time. We regularly move clients across Hamilton, Toronto, Mississauga, Brantford, London, and Woodstock, and have completed moves as far as Borden, Ontario. Everything is CVOR compliant and done in a single day where possible. We also send GPS tracking updates via text during transit so you always know where your belongings are.

Junk removal is a service we offer alongside moving. Furniture, appliances, general household junk and more. If a licensed dump facility accepts it, we'll haul it away. There are some items we're not able to take, including anything hazardous or toxic. Junk removal is priced at $10 per 100lbs plus the standard hourly labour rate. Packing is available and something we're happy to help with. For a full packing service, arranging it in advance is best so we can bring the right supplies. If you need some help on move day itself, let us know when you book and we'll do our best to accommodate depending on the size of the move. One thing worth knowing: arriving to an unpacked home can add significant time and cost to any move, so the more prepared you are the smoother the day goes.
