Hoarder Condition Surcharge

A surcharge applies when conditions create safety risks or heavy clutter significantly restricts access and slows the crew. This covers extra labour and any required protective equipment.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A 20% deposit is required to hold your move date. It applies to your final invoice.

How Billing Works

Billing starts when our truck leaves our secured yard and ends when it returns. We round down to the nearest 15 minutes — never up.

Disassembly and reassembly are included in every move. Keep in mind they add to overall time.
