Standard Moving Rates

Hourly Labour Rates
- $65 per mover per hour
- $130 per hour for a 2-person crew
- 1-hour minimum charge
Billing starts when our truck leaves our secured storage yard and stops once we return.
We round down to the nearest 15 minutes.
Truck Fees
- Local Norfolk County moves: $150
- Out-of-county moves: $180 to $220
- Additional trucks: $60 each
Out-of-county includes GTA, Hamilton, Brantford, London, and Kitchener.
Mileage Charges
- Local moves: $1.99 per kilometre
- Long-distance moves: $2.99 per kilometre
Mileage is calculated round-trip.
Heavy Item and Specialty Fees
- Heavy item fee: $200
- Extreme heavy or piano fee: $400
We add these fees only when special equipment or extra crew is required.
Fees add to labour and mileage.
Hazardous or Hoarder Conditions
- 50 percent surcharge on labour and mileage
We apply this only when conditions create safety risks or severe access restrictions.

Deposits and Payment Options
A 25 to 40 percent deposit secures your move date. Deposit size depends on move scope.
